The hotel room looked like a cheap motel, the bed was very small for two, and the breakfast selection was poor and of low quality. Although the rooms fully have old hardwood floors, they are lovely, the right size, very clean, and comfortable. However, this hotel is only to recommend for a single person.

The service was extremely friendly and helpful. The staff at the reception and in the breakfast room were very friendly and supportive. Services like dry cleaning, laundry, welcome drink, pet amenities, and tours/ticket assistance were available.

The hotel's location is good with a nice view of the lake from the balcony. It provides easy access to major train stations and the lake, making it a relaxing place to stay, especially in the summers for a wonderful lake swimming experience.

The dining experience was decent with a quality selection of food; however, the breakfast options were limited and of low quality. The coffee was great though.
